Phase 1Planning & Data
Model Design

Investment compliance Implementation project starts with developing and agreeing on a Project Plan that typically includes the Coding Approach, Rule test plan, Schedule and the Implementation workflow.

The initial phase also covers building the Compliance Data Model in which the asset classification schema is designed.

We typically conduct workshops with relevant parties in the client organisation to agree asset class definitions and data model structure.

Then, the contractual and regulatory Rule Universe is organised and implemented into a master rule library before the coding can start.

Phase 2 Rule & Macro
coding

The second phase of the Investment compliance implementation starts with rule coding and developing macro & token libraries. As part of this a key task is testing compliance macros and documenting the macro results.

Phase 3 Rule, Macro &
Token Testing

The final phase involves testing the rules according to standardised test procedures and documenting results. A “Four eyes” review of all results and outputs from Rule Testing phase is conducted. Go- live preparation includes bedding down production tasks and processes, and conducting training.
